Abstract – Presentation (oral-poster):
Researchers wishing to make a presentation (oral or poster) must submit to: conference[at]aiv.it an abstract to the Scientific Committee including:
– Title;
– Author(s): first name(s) and last name(s), affiliation, institution, country;
– Text of the abstract in Word file (in the format .doc or .docx) or Pdf, composed of 100 to 500 words, typeset in Times New Roman, font size 12 pt and single line spacing.
The deadline for submissions is April 20th 2015
Exhibition registration:
There will be an exhibition of scientific equipments set up in an dedicated area . The exhibition will have high visibility and will be set up in the same room of the poster session and coffee breaks.
Deadline Exhibition registration: March 31th, 2015
The number of stands available is limited. It is recommended that companies will book in advance.
Exhibitor Package: Stand 1500€
One booth (2 x 2), includes 2 chairs, a table

Company logo / Advertisement:
Please send the logo for the stand front to Michele Fincato (michele.fincato@igi.cnr.it). Please send to the same e-mail address advertising material in digital format (pdf, ppt, word). The booth location will be randomly drawn and the result will be notified well in advance.
Loading/unloading materials and packages:
At the Conference site, a reception and safe storage area will be available.
The packages will be accepted only on May 19th, 2015.
The booth installation can be made only on May 19th, 2015 from 8 am to 7 pm.
Materials will be loading and unloading by the courier because the headquarters of the Conference is located in the in the restricted access area.
In the Conference day you can invite guests in your booth giving the names to the AIV secretary (segreteria@aiv.it) before May 20th, 2015.
Guests will receive a temporary pass (half day) for access.
The booth disassemble can be performed starting from 4:30 pm on May 22th, 2015.
The unloading by the courier is also possible on May 23th, 2015 from 8 am to 13 pm.
